Shipping Options
We have a variety of ways to get the products you order to their destination. All our shipping is unmarked. This means the shipping documents list the product as coming from you. There is no packing list or other documentation that gives away our role in the process. Your customers never know that we were involved.
UPS Standard
We are able to ship via UPS Ground within 1-2 days to almost anywhere in the Continental U.S. Because we can reach you so quickly using UPS Ground shipping, there is rarely a need for more expensive shipping options. To see the estimated delivery time of an order, type the delivery zip code in the "Estimate Shipping" section at the bottom of the pricing calculator. If UPS Ground is not the best option for you, we can also ship Three Day Select, Second Day Air, Next Day Air, and Next Day Air - Early A.M.
Freight
For heavier deliveries, we use UPS freight to save you money with a variety of delivery options to accommodate your ability to receive larger deliveries. The three options are:
UPS Freight - No Liftgate: The delivery truck will come to your business or home. You will be entirely responsible for removing the pallet from their truck. This option is only recommended for businesses with a forklift or standard 48" high dock w/ pallet jack.
UPS Freight - With Liftgate: The delivery truck will come to your business or home. They will lower the pallet to the ground on a lift gate. You will be entirely responsible for moving the pallet yourself. This option is only recommended if you have a pallet jack or fork lift.
UPS Freight - Inside Delivery: The delivery truck will come to your business or home. They will lower the pallet to the ground on a lift gate and move the pallet inside to ground level. If you need it delivered to a higher floor, you must have a FREIGHT elevator.
International
For our friends to the north, we offer international shipping to Canada. You can select from UPS Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Standard, Worldwide Expedited, and Worldwide Express when you select Canada from the country dropdown menu or add / choose a Canadian address from your address book.
Note: A commercial invoice is required by Canadian Customs for shipments to Canada. Be sure that the shipping information reflects your address in the "Ship from" section and the "Ship to" address matches the one you supplied us when placing your order. Please email a copy of this invoice to shipping.changes@zooprinting.com.
Will Call/Pick Up
We're now offering free, no-contact Curbside Pickup service in Glendale! If you qualify when you check out please choose "Pickup" when you're ordering online, and once you get email confirmation that your order is complete, you can pick it up between 8AM and 4PM.

Free Delivery
